The Dream Homes Team is committed to making our community a better place to live.It is so important to be able to give back to the people of our community and support local schools and children's programs.Supporting our children today is paramount in developing our leaders for tomorrow.

Ian Anderson has set a high priority on being actively involved in the community including:

• Consistent contributor to the Children's Miracle Network and makes a donation to CMN with every sale.
• Active member and Director of Ormond Beach Kiwanis to support children's programs throughout our community.Some of our clubs accomplishments include the construction of the Ormond Beach Soccer Fields, an autism friendly playground in Central Park, an annual Free Fishing Derby, an annual Safety Fair, support of Futures Scholarship Programs and many other local children focused charities.
• Ian's roles as Key Club Advisor at SeabreezeHigh School and as the Kiwanis Youth Scholarship Chair provide our local high school students opportunities in leadership as a mentor to offer guidance and support in community service projects.
• Supports Tomoka Elementary and St. James Episcopal Schools with financial support and volunteering in classroom activities.
• Offered time helping build homes in the community as a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity.
• Active member of the Ormond Beach Chamber of Commerce and Holly Hill Chamber of Commerce to support our local businesses.
• Ian's involvement in the Ormond Beach Economic Prosperity Committee helps pave the road to economic development in our community.
• Being President of Volusia Business Partners shows his passion towards business development and growth in our community.
• Served the community teaching faith based financial education classes.
• Embarking on a two day annual 150 mile bicycle ride on a team that raised almost $30,000 last year to support Multiple Sclerosis research.
