Ian's experience as a Manufacturing Engineer for a Fortune 500 company with degrees in Engineering Technology and Business Management have proven to be invaluable in analyzing real estate investments and market trends. This experience in the corporate business world has allowed Ian to better understand the needs of busy executives. Ian's background has set him as one of the technology leaders in local real estate. Ian is the Chairman of the Technology Committee at the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors. Ian started his real estate career with Re/Max and achieved great success. Ian received the Rookie of the Year award as the top selling new Re/Max agent in the Chicagoland Area his first year in business and continued to be a top producer. Ian grew the business with the HomeCourt Team with four licensed agents and support staff. The HomeCourt Team was in the top 20 teams in Northern Illinois and helped about 120 families a year find or sell their homes.
Ian is now focusing on growing the business in Florida with The Dream Homes Team. Ian has made Ormond Beach home with his wife Tracy, a Florida native and their children Jessica and Dylan. You tend to take what you have for granted when living in Florida. Enjoying the beach, boating on the intracoastal, cycling through the Tomoka State Park, deep sea or flats fishing, year round golf is the lifestyle we can enjoy every day. Living beachside has allowed Ian and his family to live their dream and The Dream Homes team wants to help you do the same.
Being able to give back and pay it forward is a large and important part of who Ian is. Ian is actively involved in the community including, Director of Ormond Beach Kiwanis and member of Kiwanis International, Key Club Advisor at Seabreeze High School and Youth Scholarship Chair, volunteering at local schools, volunteering for Habitat for Humanity. Ian is an active member of the Ormond Beach Chamber of Commerce, Economic Prosperity Committee, Holly Hill Chamber of Commerce, and Business Networking International (BNI). Ian is looking forward to spending the rest of his life helping people in the community and helping people find their next dream home.

Mike spent his early working years as a successful High School and College Coach, and still coaches real estate professionals. Mike began his real estate career as an investor in Northern Indiana. He has been a broker owner, National Real Estate Trainer, and managed a Beach Home construction company. He has worked the resort markets of the Outer Banks of North Carolina and in the Daytona Beach area since 2001. Crunching the numbers and negotiating from 1031 Exchanges to Short Sales are two of Mike's specialties.
