I use my smartphone all the time to buy and sell Daytona Beach area real estate. I can't remember how I did my job without it! Taking pictures of properties, accessing the MLS, emailing listings and other property details, accessing lockboxes, getting directions and neighborhood data -- these are just a few of the things I use it for every day. Now there's a ton of mobile apps that make a new home search easier (and more fun!) for buyers too.
