AGAINST ALL ODDS Ian Anderson made it happen. Two other agencies failed. One didn't try and the other called me and GAVE UP! Ian was everything you want in an agent: reassuring, patient, and very, very knowledgeable. This was a short sale that I had lost a lot of money/investment on so it was hard  enough on me emotionally. Ian kept it moving forward and every time I got discouraged, he told me about another property that he had sold that was similar or worse than my situation. Every time they needed more paperwork he made it as easy as possible for me. He was unwavering and the property closed. I have so much respect for him and am so very thankful to not only him, but his assistant as well.

Ian was our realtor on two occasions. In 2008 he spent many weekends with us looking for the perfect weekend beach house in Ormond by the Sea, which we found. Three years later in 2011 we enlisted his expertise in finding us a "permanent" home in Flagler Beach. The house was a short sale and Ian  was very knowledgeable about that process and provided us with accurate information in what to expect. Even though we aren't in need of a realtor now, Ian is still "our realtor".

Purchasing a home in an out of town area - with a limited budget, yet with very specific needs was challenging. However, working with Ian was a great experience. He knew the local area extensively and knew the details behind the homes. After a lot of searching, I was able to purchase a great  house - sight unseen - via the internet! Ian was more than happy to go to a home, take videos and do a walk through, and give me his impression of the home's condition. After I closed on a house, Ian even went the extra mile to recommend contractors. I now have an adorable vacation home near the beach that has increased in value (Ian helped negotiate a fantastic deal). Hard working, professional, patient, and a keen ability to understand his client's needs is the best way to describe Ian.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Palm Coast, FL.

Ian and his team more than exceeded my expectations ! He showed me numerous homes that we're my exact criteria of what I was looking for. When we first started the process Ian had all the homes I was interested in nicely in my own folder so I could follow allow with him. Not to mention when it was  just I he was nice enough to drive me around to the homes.

Whether it came down to showing me a home last minute or keeping my son at bay so I could truly look around the property. He is one of the most compassionate, trustworthy, and sincere individuals I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Not only did he respond accordingly to my calls, texts, and emails he went above and beyond to make the process of purchasing a home wonderful.

I am not exactly the easiest person to deal with yet Ian succeeded. He helped us purchase our first home and for that I am eternally grateful; my children along with myself and my husband now have a place to call home.

I would like to also add this all began with a serious time crunch due to other circumstances and he made it happen.

Ian was a true professional. He was instrumental in obtaining our "dream lot" and selling our previous home for us (we were on vacation at the time) with absolute integrity.
